Our rosé wine is dry, perfectly round and mellow in flavour as a result of .a vinification process unique to La Chapiniére. It is a happy summer wine to be consumed at less than 12°C. It is the wine of celebrations and likes to be with friends as they relax after work well done, hopefully under the shade of a lemon tree.
Now the 2010 vintage is finished and you have to wait the new vintage in march or april!
