NEW ! It is a blend of Gamay Cabernet Franc and Côt Garnon .(also called Malbec in other parts of France and the World).
STORY : During the 2006 harvest, three grape varieties, Gamay, Cabernet Franc and Côt Garnon (Malbec), matured at the same time. We then vinified them together to create “Cuvée intime” –private reserve-.
This process was specific to the unusual climatic conditions of the year, “Cuvée Intime” may be a once-in–a lifetime product!
This unusual wine offers complex mature aromas, with the light perfume of red berries. It is an excellent accompaniment to the finest red meats and marries admirably with game.
“Cuvée Intime” loves to be decanted before drinking.
Although it can be served immediately, the "Cuvée intime" will develop with age and can be matured for up to three or four years.
